…日本語でもわからん・・・何を漕ぐの？Are they talking about 'bicycle'?

I had such fun. Thanks Yama-chan. I'm soaked with sweat.
I was listening to this (song/music) on my way to work.
Oh Mao-nyan! Is this a flag showing/Are you flagging to show you're coming to [pedal my(…whose??) bicycle??]?
I wouldn't deny it. (I wouldn't say I'm not confident)

・・・何のことかな？？わからん…


There are two things I cannot be sure of:

1. Are they talking about bicycle? or something else?

「漕(こ）ぐ」 can be:
①row (a boat)/pull an oar
②row one's way
③pedal a bicycle
④swing yourself (on a swing)

2. What does the word 'フラグ' mean? Maybe this is 'flag' in English, no?


If you have more information it would be of some help undestanding this passgae. Maybe I can guess what they are talking about from other parts of their posts.

●「きてくれる」・・・「来る」＋「（～して）くれる」
「来る」=to come
「（～して）くれる」=Someone does something for you/Someone is kind enough (to do something for you).

This part sounds like, Maonyan would be kind enough to come over/take trouble to come over to pedal a bicycle or something, for the speaker.
